Renovation Monument ‘Schrijversbuurt’ Eindhoven

This municipal monument on the Helmerslaan in Eindhoven has been completely modernized and equipped with a new, spacious extension. This extension is internally connected on the ground floor and designed in such a way that the occupants can eventually move to the ground floor at a later age. All piping and electricity is new and all details and finish have been restored as done in the 1930s. All frames have also been renewed and double glazed. Also the interior of this house is included, seen in the staircase ornaments and herringbone parquet floor.
