Renovation ‘De Karpen’ Eindhoven

For this detached mansion from 1977, a design has been made for all floors. The ground floor will receive a new extension and structural breakthroughs, making the floor plan more open. Additionally, the previously underutilized attic floor will become a full-fledged bedroom floor, complete with a walk-in closet and an extra bathroom, thanks to the addition of a dormer. The construction work began in early 2024.
